The data show geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. These data are available online at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Web site (www.consumerfinance.gov/hmda). HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available at this Web site.

Cobalt Credit Union does not knowingly collect, nor is our website designed or directed, to use personal information from children under the age of 13, without containing verifiable consent from their parents. Any information we may collect from children is solely used for the purpose for which it was collected and is not shared with third parties. Should a child whom we know to be under the age of 13 send personal information to us, we will only use that information to respond directly to that child, seek parental consent or provide parental notice.
