Application

Interview
Someone from Human Resources will personally screen each application and reach out to schedule phone interviews with candidates who are selected to move forward. Pre-employment checks, including references, background checks, and credit checks are conducted throughout the interview and hiring process.
Second Interview
Hiring managers will conduct a second interview.
Offer
Individuals selected to join the team will receive a job offer from a member of our Human Resources team verbally and in writing. Once an offer is accepted, individuals will be scheduled to attend New Employee Onboarding, where you start your Cobalt Credit Union career!
Only qualified applicants will be contacted. Background checks, including credit, will be required.
Some positions require that employees be able to be on their feet for extended periods of time.
