To comply with updated guidelines from the Google Play Store, we allow all members to request the removal of their digital banking accounts and any related data.
Important Notice
Once your request is processed, all data associated with your digital and online banking services will be permanently deleted from our system. This information will no longer be available to you or any other party. However, your financial accounts will remain open, and the transaction history tied to your account will continue to be stored in our core banking system as long as your accounts are active. Only your online and mobile banking data will be erased.
This deletion request does not affect your password or account access credentials. If you need help resetting your password, please use the "Forgot Username or Password" option on our website. A representative will review your information and reach out to confirm the deletion request.
Upon confirmation and account deletion, please note the following:
You will no longer be able to sign into online banking or the mobile banking app.
Access to digital copies of your account statements will no longer be available. If you opted for electronic statements or tax documents, your settings will be reverted to receiving paper copies.
Features and services like account alerts, Bill Pay, External Transfers, Cross Member Transfers, and any scheduled payments or transfers will be deactivated and the corresponding history will be deleted. When we contact you for verification, we will outline how these changes will impact your specific use of our services.
Your personal and loan accounts with Cobalt Credit Union will remain open and unaffected by this request. This form strictly applies to the deletion of your online banking profile.
Important Reminder: Once your request is finalized, all data related to your online and mobile banking services will be permanently removed from our systems. However, your financial accounts and transaction history will remain intact as long as your accounts are active.
