Denise Seaman
Vice Chair of the Board
Retired Debit Card Training Manager and Sales Institute Project Manager at First Data; instructional designer at CSG International and the Railway Educational Bureau. Served 20 years on the Bellevue School Board serving as Board President and Vice President as well as the Chairman of their Superintendent Search Subcommittee; Served on the Board of Directors of the Nebraska Association of School Boards. Member of the Bellevue Together, Inc. Board of Directors, member of First Presbyterian Church Foundation and past Trustee and Chairman of their Personnel Committee. Former Board member and secretary of the Bellevue Public Schools Foundation and Former Board Member of the Sarpy County Historical Society. Education includes a BA in Education from University of Northern Colorado, a MS in Education from University of Nebraska at Omaha, and additional Business Administration coursework from Bellevue University. She has been a Cobalt Credit Union volunteer since 2008. She twice received the National Association of Federal Credit Union’s Certified Volunteer Expert award. Denise was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors in November, 2013. She was Secretary from December, 2013 to April, 2022 when she was appointed Vice Chairman. She currently serves on the CEO Compensation and the Volunteer Onboarding Committees, and as Secretary of the CEO Compensation Committee. She was re-elected in November, 2023 for a three-year term on the Cobalt Credit Union Board of Directors.
Stacy Vance
Treasurer
Self-employed fractional CFO, Retired CFO and Partner with RCG Advertising & Media. Former Controller at World Investments, Inc., a World Companies subsidiary. She held several positions with First National Bank of Omaha. Among those were Internal Auditor and Senior Financial Analyst. Her responsibilities included OCC, SEC, and FDIC reporting; consolidated financial statement preparation; and M&A activities. Vance received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a major in Accounting and minor in Business Information Systems. She is a graduate of the Nebraska/Kansas Banker’s Association Intermediate School of Banking and was selected as its 1993 scholarship recipient. She was also an attendee of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. She became a Cobalt Credit Union volunteer in November 2021 as an Associate Director. She currently serves on the CEO Compensation and the Volunteer Governance Committees. She was elected in November, 2023 for a three-year term on the Cobalt Credit Union Board of Directors and appointed Treasurer in March, 2024.
Natasha Lopez
Director
Natasha has over 15 years of experience in tax, audit, and financial accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses from the Nebraska Board of Public Accountancy and the Washington State Board of Accountancy. Currently, Natasha serves as the Senior Manager State Income Tax at Valmont Industries, Inc. She has worked across various industries, including banking, gas/utility, construction, and professional services. During tax season, Natasha works as a review/preparer for her own practice and for Clawson and Associates, PC. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Bellevue University. She became a Cobalt Credit Union volunteer in March, 2023 as an Associate Supervisory Committee Member and currently serves on the CEO Succession Planning and Volunteer Governance Committees. She was selected in March, 2024 to serve on the Cobalt Credit Union Board of Directors until 2026.
