We understand that this transition may be inconvenient for some of our members. As a gesture of appreciation for your loyalty, Main Branch members are eligible for a waiver on safe deposit box fees through 2025 if they choose to relocate their box to another branch location. If you're a Main Branch member and would like to relocate your safe deposit box, simply reach out to us, and we'll assist you in finding the most convenient branch location for your needs. Safe Deposit Boxes can continue to be accessed as normal until June 28, 2024. After June 28, you will need to schedule an appointment online or by calling 402.829.6282 to access your Safe Deposit Box.

Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive an appointment link via email and text. This link will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may also call 402.829.6282, and we will be happy to make any adjustments needed.
- How can I receive the Safe Deposit Box fee waiver?

Simply call us at 402.292.8000, and we will be happy to help you find the best branch location for your safe deposit box. Once your box has been moved, a member of our team will waive the safe deposit box fee on your account through 2025.
