Say Goodbye to Paper Statement Fees—Enroll in eStatements Today!

Effective May 31, 2025, a $5.00 fee per paper statement will be applied to members who receive printed statements.

If you've previously had this fee waived, please note that all courtesy waivers will end on May 31, and the standard fee will apply moving forward. If you have not enrolled into eStatements, the first $5.00 will be charged for the month of May.

Why is there a fee for paper statements?

We encourage members to switch to eStatements to reduce environmental impact and rising printing and mailing costs. The fee covers expenses related to paper, postage and processing.

How much is the paper statement fee?

A $5.00 fee will be charged per paper statement, beginning May 31, 2025.

How can I avoid this fee?

To avoid this fee, simply enroll in eStatements through online or mobile banking. eStatements are free, secure and easy to access anytime. Not enrolled in digital banking? Enroll Today!

How do I sign up for eStatements?

Log in to online banking and select “Accounts,” followed by “eDocuments” from the dropdown menu. Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment. For step-by-step guidance, check out our tutorial video. You can also reach out via Live Chat, Text, Video Banking or visit a branch if you need help.

Are there any exemptions to the fee?

No. The paper statement fee applies to all eligible accounts that receive paper statements.

Does the fee apply to all accounts?

The fee applies to most personal accounts receiving paper statements. Business accounts may be subject to different rules – please contact us for more information.
