We are excited to announce significant upgrades to our digital banking services, designed to enhance your online banking experience. In preparation for these upgrades, we want to inform you of important changes to our Bill Pay service.
Important Information
Temporary Disablement
Beginning Monday, July 29, Bill Pay access and new enrollments will be temporarily disabled as we transition to our new digital banking system. This will affect both new enrollments and existing Bill Pay users.* Access to the new Bill Pay system will be available in mid-August.
Last Day to Schedule Payments
Sunday, July 28, will be the last day you may schedule bill payments until our new digital banking upgrade is complete.
Payment Date Restrictions
Please contact a Cobalt Representative to make any changes needed for payments scheduled after July 28 and before the new digital banking upgrade is complete.
Tips to Prepare
- Prepare a copy of all your payments and payees before July 28.
- After the upgrade, you will be prompted to verify all your existing billers.
- Future or prescheduled bill payments will transfer to our new Digital Banking platform. Please review these payments to ensure the details are transferred correctly.
- Billers and Bill Payment history from the last 12 months will transfer to our new Digital Banking platform. We encourage you to prepare a copy of all payments and payees to ensure all details have been transferred correctly.
- Our new Bill Pay system will process electronic payments on or around 5 p.m. CT on the scheduled send date. Please note that these funds may appear available in your account until then.
- Check payments may take up to 7 business days to process. To ensure your payments arrive on time, we recommend scheduling check payments at least a week before the due date on the bill.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we make these improvements.
