Cobalt Credit Union Bringing Financial Learning to North Omaha’s Sacred Heart School
(Omaha, Neb., 01/28/2019): You’re never too young to start learning about money management and careers. With that in mind Cobalt Credit Union, Nebraska’s largest locally owned credit union has announced a new financial education partnership with Sacred Heart School. As part of this partnership the Credit Union is opening a new student run branch located within the elementary school, located in North Omaha.
The new student run branch will be run by student tellers with guidance from the local Ames Branch of the Credit Union. An official ribbon cutting for the new student run branch is planned for Monday, January 28th at 9:30 AM at the school, with student tellers, the Credit Union and school representatives taking part. The ribbon cutting will be the official kick off to the school’s career day activities which will also be taking place that day.
